1. The Service
Raisibo lets you upload receipts and invoices, extracts their details using AI, and formats the results in a way aligned with Philippine (BIR) tax record-keeping. The Service is a productivity tool — it is not accounting, tax, or legal advice, and it does not file anything with the BIR on your behalf.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Accounts are for the person or organization that created them; do not share credentials.
3. Credits and payments
Scanning consumes credits. Credits may be purchased in packages through our payment processor. Prices are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable and do not expire. Organization accounts may share a common credit pool; the organization's administrator manages access to it.
4. AI extraction and accuracy
Extraction is automated and may contain errors, especially on faded, handwritten, non-standard, or foreign-language receipts. You are responsible for reviewing every extracted record before relying on it for filing, reimbursement, or any official purpose. We do not warrant that extracted values, tax computations, or currency conversions are complete or accurate.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content you have no right to upload, or that is unlawful;
- attempt to breach, probe, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
- reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the Service; or
- use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the receipts, images, and data you upload. You grant Raisibo a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, sending an image to our AI provider for extraction). See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and may revise these terms. Material changes take effect when posted here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raisibo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any tax penalty, filing error, or loss arising from reliance on extracted data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or that we are required to act on by law.
