Yes. Upload a single image that has multiple receipts laid out side by side, and Raisibo automatically detects each one and creates a separate entry per receipt. The same works for multi-page PDFs — every page is parsed, and pages that contain multiple receipts are still split into individual rows. No manual cropping or splitting needed.

Extraction accuracy averages 99% on clear receipts. Raisibo uses AI to understand context, so it correctly maps VAT, net amounts, and expense categories even when receipt layouts vary between merchants.

Yes. Click any receipt row to open the edit modal — every field is editable, and changes save when you confirm. You can also bulk-select rows for status changes or deletion, swap the expense category, or attach custom tags before saving.

Raisibo supports custom expense categories that you create yourself: Meals, Transportation, Supplies, Communication, Fuel, and more. The AI automatically classifies each receipt against your catalog, not a fixed preset list.

Yes. Beyond the standard BIR fields, you can define custom fields like Project Code, Client, Cost Center, or Reimbursable Status — anything specific to your workflow. Set them up once in Settings, then attach them when editing a receipt. Each receipt keeps a snapshot of the values you set, so historical data stays intact even when you later rename or archive a field.

Yes. You can export your expense summary to a styled Excel file with all fields like vendor, TIN, VAT breakdown, expenses, and totals. You can also download a ZIP file that includes the Excel spreadsheet, all receipt images, and a consolidated PDF report.

Yes — a read-only REST API lets your own scripts and tools (Zapier, n8n, custom code) pull your data programmatically: your receipts, tables, and expense categories, exactly what you see in the app, with the same VAT/BIR fields and short-lived signed image links. Generate a key in Settings → API Keys (shown once, with an optional expiry), then send it as a bearer token. It is read-only by design — the API can never create, edit, or delete anything. The docs include ready-to-run code samples in cURL, JavaScript, Python, and PHP.

Absolutely. Create as many summaries as you need — one per project, department, or reporting period. Switch between them instantly, rename them, or archive ones you no longer need.

Built specifically for it. Raisibo auto-computes 12% VAT, handles non-VATable amounts, senior/PWD discounts, and withholding tax rates. It also checks BIR compliance by flagging receipts with missing required fields.

Before saving a receipt, Raisibo checks for required BIR fields: vendor name, TIN, and invoice/OR number. If any are missing, a warning is shown so you can choose to save it as incomplete or continue. Incomplete receipts are flagged with a "Missing" status for easy review.

Yes. When inserting a receipt, the system checks for duplicates by matching the invoice number, or by matching the TIN, date, and total amount together. If a duplicate is found, it is automatically flagged and saved with a "Duplicate" status so it does not affect your totals.

Raisibo automatically detects the currency on the receipt. If it is not in Philippine Peso, the system converts all amounts to PHP using real-time exchange rates before saving. No manual conversion needed.

Raisibo automatically detects the language on the receipt — Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, or any foreign language — and translates extracted fields into English before saving. Vendor names, particulars, and expense categories all come back in clean English so you can search, sort, and export consistently regardless of the original receipt language.

Yes. Every new account starts with a free batch of scan credits — enough to try the AI extraction on real receipts before deciding to top up. Credits are granted automatically the moment your account is activated, whether you sign up directly or accept an admin invite. No credit card required.

Each receipt scan costs one credit. You can purchase credits anytime from your dashboard using one of two modes: By Credits (enter the exact number of credits you want) or By Amount (type how much you want to spend in pesos, like ₱500). The system auto-computes the other side. Payment is processed via PayMongo QR PH, so you can pay using GCash, Maya, or any QR PH-enabled bank app. Credits are added instantly after your bank confirms the transfer and never expire.

The cost per scan credit is set by the platform and may vary. You can see the current price on the credits page before purchasing. In By Credits mode, enter how many credits you need and the total is calculated automatically. In By Amount mode, enter how much you want to spend and the system rounds down to the nearest whole credit (for example, ₱503 at ₱5 per credit gives you 100 credits for ₱500). You only pay for whole credits.

Yes — create an Organization and your whole team scans against one shared credit pool. Add people two ways: email an invite, or share a 30-minute join code they redeem themselves. As the org admin you manage members and roles, and every teammate's scans draw from the same pool, so you top up once instead of per person. Standalone personal accounts are unchanged — teams are entirely opt-in.

When you scan as part of an organization, the ORG's shared pool is charged first and your personal credits are the fallback — so team work never quietly drains your own balance. The org admin buys credits for the pool from the dashboard, the same PayMongo QR PH flow as personal top-ups. A Team Usage report shows how many scans each member ran and how much of the pool was spent, without exposing anyone's personal credit balance or receipt contents.

Raisibo Chat is an in-app AI assistant that talks to your data. You can search receipts by vendor, date, invoice, or TIN; ask for sums by date range or category; reclassify expense items in bulk (e.g., rename all Lunch items to Meals); update individual receipts; check your credit + wallet balance; navigate to any page; and get plain-language explanations of how the app works. Every write step previews the change and waits for your confirmation before applying.

Yes. Raisibo replies in whichever language you type, including Tagalog, Taglish, and English. Ask "ano yung pinaka-malaking gastos ko this month?" or "rename all Parking to Travel and Transpo" and the assistant responds in the same register. Confirmations like "sige", "go", "okay na", or "tama yan" are all recognised before any update is applied.

Yes. All accounts are protected with secure authentication and encrypted tokens. Receipt images are stored in a private cloud, and every API call is verified. Your data is only accessible to you. Raisibo Chat runs server-side under your account scope — it can only ever see and update YOUR receipts, never another user's, and tool results are not persisted across sessions.
